Job Requirement

  • Project Role: Project Role: This role is focused on aligning to our corporate vision and strategy of driving employee experience, engagement and talent development. The focus of this role will be on building a strong culture of inclusion and belonging by enhancing and strengthening the experience of employees. In addition, the role will be responsible for design, development and delivery of learning paths and talent programs.
  • Work Experience: Experience- 5 to 8 yrs
  • Work location: India.

Technical Expertise – Must Have Skills

  • Lead and execute a plan for deep engagement with employees in India (Chennai & Trichy) focused on culture and values.
  • Lead and execute programs that facilitate open feedback and communication between employees, People managers and BU leaders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Derive and analyse employee experience/ satisfaction data through surveys and other formats. Strategize a plan of execution and foster accountability with business leaders to address them.
  • Strategize and establish learning paths and programs, in partnership with business leaders, focussed on employee development with effectiveness measures.
  • Build a program driven employee communication plan.
  • Coach leaders to help organize, promote, and drive employee engagement through site events and activities, social responsibility, employer branding initiatives, and other events.
  • Develop and nurture a network of “Culture Ambassadors”

Pre-Requisites

  • Relevant experience in the HR domain handling employee engagement / partnering with BU leaders to drive excellence & enabling their people strategy.
  • Experience with blended learning programs design and delivery.
  • Must be a strategic thinker with a creative approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Understanding of employee experience and engagement, employer brand and key drivers.
  • Ability to lead and deliver within tight deadlines and willingness to go the extra mile work to ensure a task is completed on time when required.
  • Highly collaborative and can partner effectively with functional leaders, as well as working and organizing teams in planning and executing activities.
  • Displays strong leadership skills in being the SME for employee experience.
  • A strong positive and ethical approach to work and how work gets done.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
