Job Description
As a Management Trainee in Infrastructure and Cloud Services/Customer Facing Roles, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of Infrastructure, Cloud, and Database Management, as well as project management and leadership skills. This program aims to groom and develop talented individuals with the potential to become future leaders within our organization.

Responsibilities
- Rotational Assignments: Engage in rotational assignments across different teams or departments within the Infrastructure division, gaining exposure to various Infrastructure Support processes, methodologies, and technologies.
- Hands-on Support: Participate in Infrastructure, Database, and Cloud setup, support, upgrade, and migration activities, including installation, maintenance, documentation, and guidance from experienced mentors.
- Project Management: Gain exposure to project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to support successful software project delivery.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Cloud Services, Database, and Infrastructure trends, tools, and technologies.
- Mentoring and Guidance: Receive mentorship from experienced professionals to support your career development.
- Performance Evaluation: Participate in regular assessments, receiving feedback and guidance to enhance your technical and professional skills.
- Training and Development: Attend workshops and programs designed to strengthen your technical skills, project management knowledge, and leadership capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Engineering graduate with specialization in CSE/IT with a minimum of 80% aggregate score throughout the academic career (Class 10, 12, and Engineering).
- Students graduating between the years 2024 – 2025.
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Database Management, Cloud, and Network concepts and methodologies.
- Ability to understand client business requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and build high-performing solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about technology and IT Infrastructure.
