I have been working with Doyensys for the last 5 Years.
What is your role at Doyensys?
My current role is that of a Principal Consultant.
What does your average day look like?
Any day spent at work comes with several challenges. I strive to appreciate the challenges thrown at me and learn from them. I have a perfectionist attitude and try to implement it in all my projects and day-to-day work.
Can you quote your favourite Doyensys memory?
I will always cherish the memory of my first annual day event in Doyensys.
If you had to pick one aspect that you like the most about working at Doyensys, what would that be?
I feel here like “I am living with family.”
How do you contribute apart from work at Doyensys? (Eg: Contributing to Events, CSR Activities, Conducting Sports etc.)
I try to cultivate an environment where every little detail is perfect to the T.
What kind of a leader are you? How do you rate yourself as a leader and what do you do to motivate your team?
I lead my team with a calm and composed nature. I believe it is only then that the team can exhibit trust in their leader.
What do you like doing when you are not at work? (Eg. Shopping, playing games, etc)
Shopping, reading ebooks, and blogs.
Who do you look up to in your life – someone you would want to follow?
I compete with myself and not others. I believe that my true progress happens only when I try to outdo myself and stay on the path to continuous self-improvement.
What has been the note-worthy achievement in life that you look back with pride?
When I was chosen for long-term projects with on-site opportunity.
What is your favourite quote in life?
Learn something new every day and share it with others.
What has been a challenge you faced in life that you overcame?
I wanted to work independently and I got that opportunity here.
