I have been working here for more than 7 years.
What is your role at Doyensys?
I work in the Oracle APEX development team.
What does your average day look like?
My days at work are filled with good challenges and continuous learning.
Can you quote your favourite Doyensys memory?
I was awarded for customer delight. That moment came after working hard and waiting for 4 years.
If you had to pick one aspect that you like the most about working at Doyensys, what would that be?
The team members are treated equally and there is no differentiation between seniors and juniors. People help each other without any ego. If you ask me what makes me come to work every day, then my answer would be the challenges I get every day. Moreover, I learn at least one new thing every day.
How do you contribute apart from work at Doyensys? (Eg: Contributing to Events, CSR Activities, Conducting Sports etc.)
I am involved in conducting sports activities.
What kind of a leader are you? How do you rate yourself as a leader and what do you do to motivate your team?
I haven’t got a chance to lead the team hence I’m unable to answer this.
What do you like doing when you are not at work? (Eg.: Shopping, playing games, etc)
I enjoy playing games.
