Employees are the backbone of an organisation. With the right people, a company can not only achieve its goals but also surpass them. We want to thank our employees and introduce these solid pillars of our success in the world. This is a blog series where we will talk to them in a bid to know them better.

How long has been your journey with Doyensys?
I am working at Doyensys for the past 5 years and 10 months.
What is your role at Doyensys?
I love my job, and I enjoy mingling with my colleagues from different backgrounds. I am responsible for handling tickets. The work environment is really excellent, which is the most important thing for me.
What does your average day look like?
I usually start my work at 8:00am, collaboratively plan my day, and make sure that the most urgent work gets done first. This helps me in successfully completing the job.
Can you quote your favourite Doyensys memory?
I got an award while submitting timesheet on time with 100% no delay.
If you had to pick one aspect that you like the most about working at Doyensys, what would that be?
My favourite part is that my job never gets boring! Everyone helps everyone out and don’t get mad over small mistakes. My managers and colleagues never get upset but they help me out.
How do you contribute apart from work at Doyensys? (Eg: Contributing to Events, CSR Activities, Conducting Sports etc.)
I participate in all the events conducted in Doyensys, and I love to dance.
What kind of a leader are you? How do you rate yourself as a leader and what do you do to motivate your team?
I make the final decision, but I accept a lot of input from my team. Collaboration is the key to success, we all make mistakes. It’s part of being human. The key is to learn valuable lessons from those mistakes so we don’t make them again. When members of your team make honest mistakes, don’t punish them–instead, encourage them to try again.
What do you like doing when you are not at work? (Eg.: Shopping, playing games, etc)
I enjoy cycling and watching films.
Who do you look up to in your life – someone you would want to follow?
I will always do my level best. I don’t like to follow but I follow the concept of YOYO (You on Your Own)
