Below the steps for enable DIAGNOSTICS option to a specific user in R.12.
1.Login as a sysadmin user in front end.
2.In the EBS dashboard , choose SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR Responsibility under
Main menu.
3.Choose PROFILE option under the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR Responsibility.
4.Under that PROFILE option , choose SYSTEM option to launch the Profile form.
5.Inside the profile values form , we choose User and give Application username.
6.In the Profile text box we give Utilities:Diagnostics as a profile name.
7.Select yes under the username in the profile form.
8.Now the application user able to access the Customize option in their forms.
