Error:
Workflow notification mailer goes down frequently.
While we checking at the workflow log file in $APPLCSF/log location(FNDCPGSC786733.txt), we can able to see below error

SOLUTION:
1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch.24677849:R12.TXK.B.
2. Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying
the recommended patch.
3. Apply the patch in a test environment.
4. Confirm the following file versions:
adcvmat.xml 120.24.12010000.18
You can use the commands like the following:
strings -a $AD_TOP/admin/template/adcvmat.xml |grep ‘$Header’
5. Retest the issue.
6. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environment
