Fusion HCM – Steps to Create a Basic HCM Extract

Below Steps Shows How to Create an HCM Extract :


  1. An HCM Extract is created from the below
    Navig    ation :
    Navigator -> Data Exchange -> Tasks -> Manage Extract Definitions
    -> Create

  1. Select / Add required Parameters

  1. Create all the required Data Groups from the respective User Entity 

  1. Connect the Parent Data Group to the Child
    Data Groups.      

  1. Add the Filters to the Data Groups
    depending on the requirement     and Create all the Attributes under the
    Records     






  1. Create an Layout for the Extract in BI
    Publisher 

  1. Create an Extract Delivery Option &
    Map the Report Layout created in BI Publisher
