5 Years.

What is your role at Doyensys?

I work as Oracle Applications DBA.

What does your average day look like?

A typical day at Doyensys brings challenges at work, that I would say, are fun to resolve. The intellectually stimulating environment at Doyensys coerces me to expand my knowledge base and contribute more meaningfully to the projects.

Can you quote your favourite Doyensys memory?

Yes. There are many. But, I would always cherish the time when I was awarded the Rising Star of Doyensys.

If you had to pick one aspect that you like the most about working at Doyensys, what would that be?

Providing opportunities to the deserving. Doyensys is an organization that believes in rewarding people who perform well with more opportunities to showcase their talent and hone their skills.

How do you contribute apart from work at Doyensys? (Eg: Contributing to Events, CSR Activities, Conducting Sports etc.)

I contribute to the social branding initiatives.

What kind of a leader are you? How do you rate yourself as a leader and what do you do to motivate your team?

So far, I have not yet reached a position where I have to lead a team. But if I get the chance, I will be democratic and would motivate the team by recognizing and appreciating their hard work when they would meet their deadlines.

What do you like doing when you are not at work? (Eg. Shopping, playing games, etc)

Internet Surfing, watching movies, learning new technologies to upgrade my skills.

Who do you look up to in your life – someone you would want to follow?

I set my uncle “Jagannathan Maraimalai” as an example and he is a great inspiration for me since my childhood.

What has been the note-worthy achievement in life that you look back with pride?

I feel I have a lot more to achieve as I have only recently begun on this journey.

What is your favourite quote in life?

Don’t stop when you’re tired. Stop when you’re done.

What has been a challenge you faced in life that you overcame?

My father passed away during my degree 2nd year and it was a great loss for me. So, it was very difficult and challenging and it took time to overcome this loss.
