What does your average day look like?
I start working at 8 am and finish the urgent tasks first. Parallelly, I keep an eye on the pending ones as well and try to finish them as early as possible. I also ensure complete user satisfaction and constantly keep in touch with them while updating the task progress.
Can you quote your favourite Doyensys memory?
I admire passionate people and love to work with people who are committed towards getting things done.
If you had to pick one aspect that you like the most about working at Doyensys, what would that be?
Doyensys is a great place to work! I am really thankful for the all the opportunities that this organization has provided me. This place has allowed me to grow both technically as well as professionally.
How do you contribute apart from work at Doyensys? (Eg: Contributing to Events, CSR Activities, Conducting Sports etc.)
I actively participate in the cultural activities.
What kind of a leader are you? How do you rate yourself as a leader and what do you do to motivate your team?
I always try to ensure that my words match my actions while giving 100% at my duty. When my team notices that the expectations that are set for them are the same as set for myself, they automatically get motivated.
What do you like doing when you are not at work? (Eg. Shopping, playing games, etc)
I love to spend my leisure time with my family and watching TV.
Who do you look up to in your life – someone you would want to follow?
I always look forward to a better version of myself. If I want to grow, I must keep on learning. This not only helps me in recovering from difficult situations but also help me achieve my target with more confidence.
What has been the noteworthy achievement in life that you look back on with pride?
I set up a career target for me that took 4 years to complete and reach the beset benchmark. Now, I want to set myself a new goal and strive towards achieving it.
What is your favourite quote in life?
Don’t lose your self-confidence. Because it’s the only thing that keeps you moving forward after a bad day.
What has been a challenge you faced in life that you overcame?
In my initial days of my career, I was too much stressed and strained owing to client pressure. But now that after working for so many years, Doyensys has taught me how to handle them smartly.
