Creating a read-only OEM account along with viewing database performance pages
- Open the OEM Console and navigate to the “setup” section.
- Select security and you’ll be able to view administrators and click on the administrators.
- Click on Create and enter the username and password details
- Click the roles and select the public roles
- Select View Database Services by clicking the target privileges. Click the instance privileges and select the database instances list.
